2 Steel Body Roof and side structures with rectangular tubings reinforced with cross tubings well integrated with floor chassis member thus provided excellent torsional strength with less weight to strength ratio for load bearing. Side and roof panels are corrugated with 1.2/1.6 thk CR sheets provided high rigidity with a lesser weight. Three numbers of inspection doors 600x1000mm provided on left side.
3 Main Chassis All MIG welded construction comprising 02 Nos. longitudinal I-Beams of ISMB 300/ISMB 250 suitably flithced as main load carrying members. All Cross Bearers are ISMC 125x65/100x50 & 75x40 closely pitched and reinforced with longitudinal angles ISA 40x40x5 & ISA 50x50x5 for higher inside cubic volume. The sections are so chosen as to provide maximum load bearing capacity with low un-laden weight resulting in maximum payload with higher torsional stability.
Grade of steel : Mild steel to IS:2062 gr
4 Axles 12 T capacity each Tendem Hollow Rectangular Axles of 150 x 130 mm with highly precision machined spindle ends to receive taper roller bearings, hub (made of S.G. Iron) and break drum.
5 Coupling Device (King Pin) As per IS:6763-1987, 50.8mm ( 2” ) diameter (made of BS 970 En19 or equivalent) provided at front end for coupling with fifth wheel of the Prime Mover.
6 Upper deck Platform Three platform construction, manual / hydraulically operated cylinder, provides flexibility in loading of multiple car models. Platforms made from tubular rectangular pipes 92 x 92 x 3.6 mm reinforced with cross members of ISMC 75 x 40 Box and with anti-skid perforated sheet.
7 Hoisting System DANTAL / WIPRO make Conventional Hydraulic kit powered with Battery operated power pack. Well-designed Hydraulic circuit with high quality equipment and accessories requires less operational skills. Hydraulic rams and control valves used are manufactured by quality manufacturers.
8 Lower Platform Track is of Perforated Sheet of 2.9 Thk. Chequered sheet 3.15 Thk. At middle and side of the Track
9 Landing gears Manual operated Landing Legs made from ISMC 125x65 & ISMC 100x50 box with locking arrangements made with Pin at the required positions.
10 Braking System ‘S’ CAM Type , Dual Line Brake System coupled to PRIME MOVER Brake System. Trailer brakes are operated from the PRIME MOVER . Type 24 x 24 Spring Brake chambers are provided on axles. Parking brake applied Pneumatic .
11 Electricals The Trailer is provided with LED Type Tail Lamps, Brake Lamps, and Direction Indicators . T-sign at rear end of the Trailer as per CMVR specifications .
12 Painting Double coat of Red Oxide Primer and surface before painting . Surface cleaned and painted with air drying synthetic enamel paint , colour to the choice of the customer.
Inside : Golden Yellow paint with coat of Red Oxide Primer. Make Asian or ESDEE . Outer : Golden Brown OR White paint with coat of Red Oxide Primer and surface .
13 Rear Door / Loading Ramp Rear door acts as ramp for loading / unloading , operated with twin Hydraulic Cylinders. Tubular construction structure with 1.6 mm thick M.S. plain sheet on outer side and 2.5 mm
M.S. sheet at Wheel Track on inner side and antiskid rod to avoid slipping of the CAR / VehicleTyres while loading .
14 Ground Clearance 450 mm at Rear end, 500mm at Bed .
15 Suspension TendemSuspension , 04 Nos. Free ended type leaf spring assemblies. Material BS 970 En45 tempered Leaf – 16 mm Thick x 90 mm Width – 7 Nos , for getting better ground clearance. Fixed and Adjustable Type Link Rods for proper Axle Alignment and location to help to reduce Tyre wear.

17 Lashing of Cars Perforated sheets provided on Upper and Lower Platform suits for using standard lashing belts. Spring loaded Wheel chokes @4 per car provided to arrest the
18 Codification Certificate Internal Inspection Report, Form 22 & Form 21 for Registration of Vehicle.
19 Padding on sides/Roof Padding with U-Foam &Rexine provides protection for cars while loading in-house item.
20 Safety standards of the components All pins are provided with Split Pin of Proper sizes.
All moving components are provided with grease nipple for greasing. Proper hangers at suitable places to hang stoppers & belts. Catwalk on both sides of upper platform facilitate to inspect after loading the cars. Three inspection doors are given on left side of the vehicle with ladders.
